Shankar T

Head Chef

Chef T Shankar graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Mumbai, in 2005. He began his career at the five-star Ramada Plaza Palm Grove, Mumbai, and worked under renowned pâtissier Chef Nitin Upadhyay at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai. He spent 3 years as Head of Confectionery on over 15 luxury cruise ships. In 2009, Chef Shankar founded Crumbles, aiming to provide chemical-free, healthy, gourmet products, making it one of Bangalore’s best.

Baker

Chef Shankar Shivamurthy, a certified chef and artisan baker, has been with Crumbles since its inception. He has worked at prestigious hotels like Renaissance and Novotel (Hyderabad) and the leading bake shop Hot Breads. With 5 years of experience on Princess Cruise and P & O Cruise Line, his artisan breads, breakfast rolls, croissants, and muffins are considered the best.
